Transilience is about transformation. Our core motivation is to contribute to positive transformation in people’s lives and in organisations. This is at the heart of our mission. 

Sustainable organisational transformation is only truly possible when people, most importantly, leaders, change.

Coaching is a powerful tool to help others achieve more than they would on their own. We follow the Results Coaching Systems methodology to help people find their own measure of greatness and give the fullest possible expression to that. Coaching, whether it be Executive coaching, Leadership coaching or Life coaching will facilitate both the achievement of goals that impact significantly on your context as well as personal transformation. 

Effective coaching is a self directed learning process that results in you being equipped to think and live differently without developing a dependancy on more coaching. All the same, many clients choose to take on coaches for additional coaching series simply because they understand the value of having a skilled coach walk alongside them the appropriate time.

We also partner with Results Workplace Coaching (RWC), an organisation with global credibility. RWC have developed a world-class process that enables organisations to embed a coaching culture. Case studies from around the world indicate that the long-term benefits of this program are going to be significant in optimising organisational development.

We facilitate the Nine Conversations in Leadership™ as accredited facilitators of Worldsview™ Consulting. This is a skilfully designed process that enables leaders at any level to engage with their peers in a manner that produces high impact results. As they grapple with the challenges of leadership they not only dialogue the best theories of leadership, but also implement behaviours of leadership that are crafted around their own context. This programme has received positive endorsement from the Director of Academic Programmes at The Gordon Institute of Business Science.

Together with Worldsview™ Consulting we are now also able to offer a powerful Purposeful Teams™ intervention that awakens effective team performance. The intervention places the team within the organisational context and creates the space for the team to clarify team purpose and contextualise its reason for existence. 

Our skill set includes the use and application of the Human Synergistics International developmental diagnostics for Organisational Culture, Group Skills (teams), Leadership/Impact and the Life Styles Inventory.
